Meet Alana

Lovely to meet you! I’m Alana Mulhall; a Brisbane based Naturopath with a Bachelor degree in Naturopathy. I am registered with the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), and passionate about working with women to support them better understand their own body and optimise their health.

For each and every beautiful woman I see in clinic; I take a holistic approach to supporting your overall health. This means that I review the various systems in the body and identify how they are communicating with each other. Through taking this approach, we can discover the underlying cause or contributing factors to your presenting health concerns.

How is this done?

In the initial consultation includes 1 hour of in-depth questioning which gives me deep insights into how the body systems are functioning. We also review your diet to identify if there are any nutrients which are lacking (or in excess). Lifestyle factors are also taken into consideration which can certainly impact your overall health including stress, sleep, workload and so much more!

In some instances, I may also request pathology testing to be conducted to assess nutrient levels and hormones.

What happens next?

I develop a treatment plan to address your health concerns; this may include herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, dietary changes, and lifestyle changes.
